What is Putty?

Putty is a free and open-source application that can be used to connect or log in to a server using different protocols that includes, Telnet, SSH, SCP, rLogin. This terminal emulator can be installed in a Windows or Linux Operating System. To know more about Putty, click this LINK.

How to install Magento with Softaculous

First, navigate to the “Magento” icon in the Softaculous section of cPanel:

On the next screen, select “Install Now”:

Now fill in the installation details and click “Install”.

Once the installation has completed, you’ll be given the login URL which you can login to using the username and password you set during installation.

 

How to install Drupal with Softaculous

First, navigate to the “Drupal” icon in the Softaculous section of cPanel:

On the next screen, click “Install Now”:

Now enter the installation details and click “Install”.

Once the installation has completed, you’ll be given the administrator URL which you can login to using the username and password you have set.

 

How to install Joomla with Softaculous

First, navigate to the “Joomla” icon in the Softaculous section of cPanel:

 

In the next screen, select “Install Now”:

Next, enter the installation details and click “Install”.

Once the installation has completed, you’ll be given the administrator login URL which you can login to with the username and password you’ve set.

 

How to install WordPress with Softaculous

First navigate to the WordPress option in the Softaculous Apps Installer. You should see the following screen:

 Select “Install Now” to create a new WordPress installation.

You will then be prompted to enter setup details, such as the domain to be installed on, the site name, and the administrator login details:

 

Here you can also select the theme you want to use, however this can also be done at a later time.

Once the installation finishes, you will be given a login URL for you to access the WordPress Dashboard.
