Manage your Email Disk Usage

Once logged in, navigate to the “Email” section within cPanel and click on Email Disk Usage.

You will the be redirected to the Email Disk Usage screen where you will see the current current disk usage for every mailbox on you Email Account.

The “Disk Usage” page will present detailed information regarding the disk space consumed by the selected email account. Typically, it will show the total disk space used, including the space occupied by emails, attachments, and any other items stored within the email account.

From the Account drop down menu, you can choose the email account you wish to manage.

Once done selecting the email account, you will see the mailboxes the account contains. Click on Manage under the Actions column.

You will see the Messages to delete with the options for you to free up storage space.

Just click on the Delete Permanently button to completely remove the the messages.
